Nature of this site
The DUBSAR software integration is in private beta and is not offered here as a generally available production product. Professional DUBSAR audits may be requested, but website content and form submission alone do not constitute a contract or a commitment to deliver a service.
No account, no payment
The site provides no user accounts and no payment. No purchase can be made here. The private beta and professional audit pages have forms you may choose to submit. They only request review of an application or inquiry; submission does not start an audit, grant system access, establish a contract, or guarantee acceptance. Form data is handled as described in our Privacy page.
“As is”, no warranty
The site and any content are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Availability may be limited, interrupted, or withdrawn at any time. Content may change without notice.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to bypass access control or probe the host.
- Do not copy or redistribute the content beyond fair use.
- Do not represent private beta access as a generally available production product.
Intellectual property
The DUBSAR name, site content, and design remain the property of the publisher unless stated otherwise. The public documentation is governed by its own repository and license.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute is subject to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law, without limiting mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
